Wedding Coordinator Services

All services are included in the venue fees

Phone consultation 12 weeks before Wedding Day

  • Check vendor list and confirm bookings

  • Discuss Rehearsal Dinner plans/wants/needs

  • Book location for Rehearsal Dinner

  • Discuss Wedding Day Timeline

  • Discuss Wedding Day plans/wants/needs

  • Assist in booking rooms for out-of-town guests if needed

In person consultation 4 weeks before Wedding Day

  • Provide a detailed wedding timeline for you to confirm/edit

  • Discuss how the day will run (locations, timing, receiving line vs. reception visits, etc)

  • Discuss and reconcile any last-minute concerns, needs, tasks, stressors, etc.

  • Discuss vision for décor and how we will be able to assist or run the setup of Your Wedding Ceremony and Reception Hall

  • Answer any last-minute questions

  • Make sure you have everything that you are going to need ready to go or in progress (cake cutter, garter, Bride/Groom gifts, Bridal Party gifts, etc.)

  • Get emergency contact information for day-of point of contact

2 Days before Wedding - 2 hour rehearsal coordination

  • Run through the final timeline

  • Assist in setting up the venue (if you have not delegated the task already)

  • Delegate tasks to everyone who is able and at the Rehearsal to finish setup that evening and the morning before, this ensures that everyone knows their tasks beforehand which facilitates calm and timeliness.

  • Direct the Rehearsal

Wedding Day - All day coordination service

  • I will arrive well before the wedding starts to help finish up any last-minute setup that is needed

  • Handle any emergencies that arise

  • Provide copies of the timeline to the Bridal Party (1 in each dressing room), DJ, Officiant, Rachel, Photographer, and Caterer

  • Track the arrival time of all vendors

  • Track the progress of the entire Bridal Party in getting ready

  • Make sure the Bridal Party eats before the Ceremony

  • Do everything within my control to keep things moving along before the Ceremony so you aren’t late to your wedding

  • Run the Reception so everyone knows where to be and when so the Reception moves along at a nice pace

  • Assist in clean up when the celebration is complete
